Pork, Leek & Mustard

The combination of Pork, Leek and Mustard make this another truly classic sausage.

The best comfort food when served as sausage and mashed potato.


COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

All of our products are uncooked. If frozen, thaw before cooking.Remove all packaging. Appliances vary so ensure product is fully cooked before eating and the center is at least 180F. 

OVEN (360F / 180C):
Place on a sheet pan and cook for 25-30 minutes turning after 15 minutes. 

GRILL:
Cook on a medium grill for 20 minutes turning frequently. 

SHALLOW FRY:
Add a tablespoon of oil to a frying pan and heat. Fry on a medium heat for 15-20 minutes turning frequently.

Pork (90%), breadcrumb (wheat flour, salt, yeast), leek, water, mustard, sea salt, and black pepper ; Natural hog casing

PACKAGING
Paper sleeve can be recycled
Plastic tray can be recycled
Plastic film cannot be recycled
